I was really disappointed in the newspaper...
Really.
Really.
Disappointed.

My name wasn't even on the story I wrote. I didn't get credit for the best story I've ever written. And even if they give me credit in the omissions of the next issue, it will not be the same. My name will never be put with the work, and that makes me feel horrible. I don't care if it seems like I'm making a big deal out of nothing. I am proud of it.

Laura and I designed a spread and spent FOREVER making it PERFECT. Like, zooming in 800x so that we could make sure that things were aligned to the the nearest millionth of a pixel.
Then it got messed up.
I don't know how it happened, but the headline got screwed up.
And our names were REAL BIG in the corner of THAT.

Laura got staffer of the month but her name isn't even on the picture. So everyone can see her face, but they don't know her name.

There is a picture of a foot injury and the caption is "Sydney Lively chhers at a football game" or something like that. And yeah. It says "chhers."
It's a picture of a foot.
A foot.
A FOOT.

I don't care if knocking our publication in public is immature or inappropriate. I'm not in that class anymore, and needless to say, I am rightfully angered about not getting credit for an AMAZING story.
